  • If you have symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, please take a covid test prior to visiting or you will be required to take one before seeing a doctor on site.

All patients are required to produce a valid Provincial Health Card at the time of each visit, otherwise patients will be required to pay cash at the time of the visit.
