Zero Tolerance

Our clinic has a zero tolerance policy for profanity, verbal threats, physical threats, physical violence and aggressive behaviour.
Staff have been instructed to call POLICE immediately if threatened.

Indoor Shoe Policy

Our clinic has an indoor shoe policy.
Boots and outdoor shoes will need to stay in the waiting room while you are shown to an exam room to see the doctor.
You are welcome to bring slippers, socks, or indoor shoes to change into once you enter the clinic for your comfort.
