About Our International Agricultural Worker Clinic
Grand River Community Health Centre in partnership with Norfolk Family Health Team offer this clinic to all International Agricultural Workers in Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk. We offer primary health care including wellness visits, chronic disease management, muscular skeletal issues, mental health care and support, sexual health, skin issues, allergies and more. Workers can call for an appointment or drop in to the clinic during our clinic hours.
Our team includes Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Health Promotion, Interpreters and Medical Secretaries. Workers are encouraged to bring their Ontario Health Card with them to the clinic but they will not be turned away if they do not have a health card. All workers will be treated with care and respect.
