Policy for Posting Hours

  • Always call the clinic at (250) 334-9241 before visiting to confirm their hours. Hours are subject to change without notice.
  • We regret that at times we may have to close early due to the generalized shortage of Doctors in BC and the government daily cap on patient limits. High volumes of patients may require that registration be closed earlier than hours stated.

  • Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis, unless there is a medical requirement.
  • Appointments will not be arranged over the phone.

Doctor Preference

  • If you wish to see a certain doctor, you should check in 30 minutes before their shift begins, or check in at least 1 hour before their shift ends.

Medical Forms

  • If you have a form to be filled in, please tell the receptionist when checking in and we will try to assist you.
  • There are fees for certain forms.

  • We do not renew prescriptions or give test results over the phone, however, we will try to answer your calls personally.
  • Please note: our physicians do not routinely carry triplicate prescription pads.
  • Make sure you renew your prescription at least a week before you run out of medication.

  • If your visit is due to a work related incident, please inform the receptionist at check in.
